Tell us about your occasion and any special requests. Add flowers, balloons, a birthday cake, proposal details, photography or other extras to make your picnic truly yours.

Common Questions
Easy! :) Choose your date and package, then fill out our booking form or contact us directly via email or WhatsApp. We’ll confirm availability, discuss any special requests, and send you the payment details. Once the deposit is paid, your picnic date is secured.
We recommend booking 1–2 weeks ahead, particularly for weekends and special occasions, to make sure your preferred date is available.
Our standard picnic experiences last 2–3 hours, depending on the package you choose. Whichever package you pick, you’ll always have the option to extend your picnic. We’ll be happy to discuss the available options!
Don’t worry – we know the weather doesn’t always cooperate! We reschedule picnics due to weather conditions (rain, stormy weather, etc.) at no extra charge. If the conditions aren’t suitable for an outdoor picnic, you can also move your picnic to your own indoor space.
We’ll keep an eye on the forecast and work with you to find the best solution.
Everything you need for a beautiful, effortless picnic is already taken care of. Your setup is thoughtfully styled with comfortable seats, elegantly dressed low table, tableware, glassware, candles and decorative details, complete with a parasol or arch depending on your chosen experience.
Selected packages also include a curated food menu and refreshing drinks, with plenty of options to personalise your picnic.
We’ve thought about the little things too - from a Bluetooth speaker and portable charger to all the practical essentials you might need throughout your picnic.

Absolutely! Tell us the atmosphere you're looking for – beach, sunset, greenery, mountain views, privacy – and we'll recommend locations that suit your occasion.
A 50% deposit is required to secure your picnic date, with the remaining balance due before the event.
We understand that plans can change. You can reschedule your picnic free of charge up to 72 hours before your booking. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled picnic are non-refundable.
If any special services, personalised items or third-party add-ons have been arranged specifically for your booking, their cancellation and refund terms are subject to the individual vendor’s policy. Any cancellation fees charged by third-party vendors are therefore non-refundable.

We kindly ask you to arrive at your scheduled start time, as we may have other bookings to prepare for that day.
If you’re running late, please let us know as soon as possible. Your picnic time will still begin at the originally scheduled time, regardless of your arrival.
Please also keep in mind that food is prepared to be fresh for your chosen time, so for significant delays, we can’t guarantee it will remain at its best.
We offer a selection of delicious food and drink options to suit different occasions. Our classic picnic menu features a beautifully arranged grazing board with cheeses, charcuterie, dips, crackers, fresh fruits, berries and sweet treats, accompanied by refreshing fruit-infused water. We also offer breakfast and dessert menus – explore our Menu page to discover all the options.
Looking for something different? Choose from our breakfast boards with pastries, fruit, yogurt, granola and juice, or indulge in a sweet board filled with brownies, cookies, chocolates and other treats.
Menus can be customised to your preferences and occasion.
Sure! You’re welcome to bring any additional food or drinks to complement the menu included in your package.
If you prefer to arrange the entire menu yourself, simply choose our Tailored Picnic Setup and let us know that the menu is on you. Bring your favourite dishes, snacks and drinks, and we’ll take care of everything else – including tableware, glassware, cutlery and napkins.
Of course! However, the picnic setup remains your responsibility until our team returns at the scheduled pickup time.
If you’d like to leave earlier, simply call or message us at least 20 minutes in advance, and we’ll arrange an earlier pickup whenever possible.
Your comfort and safety are our priority. After every picnic, all reusable items are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised, including tableware, glassware, textiles and picnic accessories.
Every setup is carefully prepared so it arrives fresh, clean and ready for you to enjoy.
We understand – accidents happen! Small spills and minor mishaps are usually nothing to worry about. If something happens during your picnic, simply let us know so we can take care of it as soon as possible.
If an item requires professional cleaning, repair or replacement, the associated cost may be charged accordingly. Any broken, significantly damaged or missing items will need to be covered by the guest responsible for the booking.
We simply ask that you treat our picnic setup with care so we can keep everything beautiful for every guest.
